Background
I was born and raised in sunny California. From the age of 6, I started gymnastics and had an accomplished 10 year career. After back flipping and performing triple twists for a decade, I could not get away from the gym. I coached gymnastics for another 6 years and gravitated to my local fitness gym to stay in shape. Fitness and cooking were passions that filled my spare time. In 2007, I traveled south to Los Angeles for college at UCLA. While in college, I transitioned from a gymnastics coach to a personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor. After four years of studying, I stayed on for another four at UCLA and managed the UCLA’s campus fitness centers. Presently, I work for the Arthritis Foundation. I raise over $1 million dollars, annually, and manage an 8-day bike tour down the California coast.
Personal Life

UCLA obviously has a big place in my heart. Not only did I get my college degree and work there, but I also met the love of my life, Ryan. We met in the fitness department, while teaching fitness classes. After three years of dating, Ryan got down on one knee under our Christmas tree and proposed! We have been happily married, since June 2017 (wow, almost 1 year)! I come from a lovely and supportive family and have an awesome older brother and sister-in-law. My three beautiful and amazing nephews (Colin, Colton & Conner) are my joy! Although no kids of my own, yet, we hope to have them in the not so distant future!
